CQ WPX SSB 2008

Yes I did participate in CQ WPX SBB in 2008. I was at my home QTH rearranging the shack. I relied heavily on spotting to find workable stations in S&P.

Most of my time was actually spent in moving 3/4 of the stuff out of the office to make space for new shelves. When I got tired on Saturday afternoon, I spent of few minutes in front of the rig. I really need to find a better solution than my current loop. On 15m I was lucky to get out 10w. On 20m the loop kept triggering a re-tune step. I would quickly kill the power and try again. Sorry if my weak signal stomped on any locals.

My internet service went down completely on Saturday about 5 PM local time. This ended the contest for me. Without the spotting assistance it was just too painful to chase stations across all the noise.
